Planned Parenthood Corporations and Affiliates in Texas

 

It is impossible for members of the public to distinguish among the Corporations

It is particularly non-compliant with Legislative Rider 77 of the current House Appropriations Bill, DSHS, Section 69, b. Distinguishable Names. There are a total of sixteen Corporations listed here. Even if the names are distinguishable, the physical locations are often not.

 

It is against the spirit of Rider 77 that several Corporations have the same telephone number; e.g., Perini Health and Perini Surgical Centers and North Austin Health and North Austin Surgical Centers (total four entities in two locations).

 

It is not insignificant to note that many of the health and many of the surgical centers are co-located. We are left to wonder how the respective receptionists and CEO’s divide their time. (Rider 77 g) It is necessary that this be publicly available information.
