This is a written request, pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act (the “Act”), Chapter 552 of the Government Code, for an unredacted copy of all Campaign Finance Reports for Planned Parenthood of North Texas Action Fund Political Committee – 00055458 starting with Report #426161 for April 2008 through Report #414337 for June 2009. Copies posted on the internet do not contain full mailing addresses – they lack street addresses. The April URL, for example, indicates this: http://204.65.203.5/public/368863noadd.pdp. Please do not include any blank report forms. The method can be by email with pdf attachments.
I also hereby request the same information for the following Planned Parenthood PAC’s: Planned Parenthood Of Houston & Southeast Texas Pac – 00033283, Texas Planned Parenthood Votes Political Action Committee – 00059524 and Winning For Women: A Pac For The Gov't Affairs Council At Planned Parenthood Of Sa & S. Central Tx – 00055999.
If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian’s name and address.
As provided by the Act, I will expect your response within ten (10) days. If you believe this information is not public, I ask that you immediately notify me and then seek a formal decision from the Texas Attorney General not later than ten (10) business days from your receipt of this request, as required by the Act.
Disclosure of this information is in the public interest because providing a copy of the information primarily benefits the general public. I therefore request a waiver of all fees and charges pursuant to Section 552.267 of the Act.
